Hyundai Ionic rear seat fire — recall Hyundai is recalling 2017-18 Hyundai Ionic vehicles  due to a Hyundai Ionic rear seat fire possibility. Hyundai has identified a power relay that may overheat and cause a fire. The power relay is located under the rear seat/ Hyundai Ionic recall — NHTSA #22V459000 Hyundai dealers will inspect the relay and replace it free of charge. Hyundai Ionic vehicles that have already had the relay replaced must have it replaced again.
